Avery Healthcare has launched a staff well-being programme to support its recruitment and retention of high quality, permanent staff.
The AveryOne Programme has been designed and implemented to provide genuine value-added to employees, based upon their feedback on those features that would enhance their working experience and career opportunity.
Operations Director, Lisa Soper, said: “We were keen to develop a programme that looks after our staff and gives them access to a wide range of benefits. Features of the programme include quicker access to weekly pay, based on the number of shifts worked, vouchers and coupons that help pay go further and a well-being focus that supports a proactive lifestyle, including online health advice, with healthcare, optical and hospital plans.
Care staff member, Laura White, said: “The AveryOne App is simple to use and has lots of great offers. They range from branded clothing to weekly shopping essentials as well as restaurants. I saved a lot of money when shopping for Christmas presents and those added treats!”
