Aura Care Living aims to redefine luxury care


The first in a new generation of luxury care homes has been opened by Aura Care Living in Camberley, Surrey.

The 64-bed boutique style King’s Lodge, which is funded by Octopus Healthcare, aims to redefine luxury retirement care.

“Our vision is to create environments and communities in which residents can enjoy the freedom of later life in beautifully designed, luxurious surroundings whilst enjoying a full and complete life,” said Linda Lloyd, CEO, Aura Care Living.

The home’s services include round the clock medical support, a programme of activities tied into local community groups, a working garden and activities, including knitting, sewing and crocheting, painting and design, music lessons, dancing, keep fit classes, flower arranging, informative talks from outside speakers, coffee mornings and regular social events and excursions.
