The University of Stirling and charity Artlink Central are developing a range of activity packs designed to stimulate and aid creativity for people with dementia living at home or in care homes.
There will be a number of packs with different themes, but each will have art classes featuring drawing, colouring and collage.
The first pack to be launched has a gardening theme, and encourages residents to design their own gardens and plant flowers.
The University of Stirling is a global authority on dementia, and suggests that the activity packs will encourage conversation and reminiscence.
