Neil Hargreaves, apetito Care Homes Divisional Manager, said: “We are extremely proud to be sponsoring the Innovation in Care Homes Award for the Leadership in Care Awards. This year has been extremely challenging for those in the care industry and we want to recognise those that have shown real innovation and have adapted to these difficult times.

“ ‘The apetiser’ our new mobile kitchen showed real innovation, allowing us to travel to care homes and offer tastings of our delicious meals to staff and residents in a safe, socially distanced manner. This year has really pushed us as a business to innovate and do things differently, while still making a real difference to those who need it, and we are looking forward to seeing this year’s award winners and their innovations!”
