Keith Everitt, partner at The Tooley & Foster Partnership, the architects for the home, said: “Austin Place is carefully designed so that residents can live active and independent lives surrounded by likeminded people. These awards acknowledge how the right property can improve people’s wellbeing and quality of life, so Austin Place is a perfect candidate.”

The development is part of Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people.
