Gabby has a unique style of management built on the foundations of exposure to all roles within a care home environment. Having started her career in the care industry as a carer in 2004, Gabby has progressed through the ranks to a registered nurse and began working her way through management to become general manager at Chelsea Court Place.
As a specialist advisor for CQC, Gabby has a broad insight into what constitutes excellence in care. Gabby leads and inspires the team to deliver the best possible experiences for both residents and their families. Additionally, through her role in conducting CQC inspections of care homes, Gabby is constantly learning and ensures that good practices are implemented at Chelsea Court Place. She constantly makes improvements and shares her knowledge and experiences with the industry to truly make a difference.
Gabby’s law degree enables her to deliver compliance at the highest level as she is able to interpret new legislation and policies. She is very active within the care industry and passionate about optimising health and wellbeing, particularly for people living with dementia. Her gregarious nature and vibrant personality make her a much-respected leader as well as very well-liked by residents, members and families who also value her expertise and compassion.
