Yorkshire Bank funds Hartlepool care home

Yorkshire Bank has provided a six figure funding package for Rossmere Park Centre in Hartlepool.

Refurbishment of the 50-bed care home, which is owned by Michelle and Vernon Savage, has created over 40 jobs.

Michelle said: “Securing this funding from Yorkshire Bank was critical in helping us set up and establish our new business.

“Yorkshire Bank’s team were really helpful in working with us to put together the right financing package and we are confident they are the right banking partner for our business going forward.”

David Jeffery, Relationship Manger, Commercial Banking, Yorkshire Bank, added: “We are delighted to be playing a part in helping to create new jobs and deliver new services to the local community.

Michelle and Vernon have previously been involved with several care homes and currently operate a home care service based in Stockton.
