Wynbrook completes first phase of £8m Adept home

Nottingham based residential care home builder Wynbrook has completed the first phase of the £8m Chetwynd House Care Home in Chilwell, Nottinghamshire.

A ‘topping out’ ceremony was held to mark the milestone in the construction of the property for Adept Care Homes.

Dave Lock, Managing Director at Adept Care Homes, said: “After the success of Kiwi House in Derby, we wanted to provide another high-quality care home to the Nottinghamshire Community. Having worked with Wynbrook on previous projects we have come to trust their expertise and have confidence that the finished build will be completed to the highest standards.”

Chetwynd House is the second new care home that Wynbrook has built for Adept Care Homes over the last two years. Wynbrook is working alongside Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors.
