An all women senior management team has been appointed by not for profit housing association Sussex Housing & Care.
The team is led by chief executive Tracy Evans, who has 30 years of housing and regulatory experience.
She said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as Sussex Housing & Care’s chief executive. It is a privilege to lead the organisation and build on its successes including the recent ‘good’ ratings of our care homes by the CQC.
“We are looking forward to working with our residents, our staff, our board and all our stakeholders in Sussex to provide high quality services to our current and future residents. Our organisational focus is on older people’s services in Sussex, and we are well placed to build on the 70 years of success already achieved by Sussex Housing & Care.”
Sarah Roebuck, who joins the team as finance director, has held a number of senior roles in healthcare, education, banking and social housing.
Director of Housing and Care, Amanda Hodge, joins the team at the end of the month from Wealden District Council.
Amanda has almost 30 years experience, including the development of new retirement living and extra care accommodation.
Sussex Housing provides independent living, sheltered housing and residential care for the elderly.
