A Bield retirement development in Livingston, West Lothian is to receive a £119,000 makeover.
Work at the Restondene scheme will be carried out by Holytown based Rodger and Johnston Ltd.
Jim Johnston at Rodgers & Johnston Ltd, said: “We are delighted to be undertaking this work on behalf of Bield, they are hugely respected housing provider so we are pleased to be associated with them.
“Having worked closely with Bield for a number of years, we appreciate the high standards expected in what is a significant contract for the local area.”
Under the project, seven of 26 bedsits will be converted into one bed flats.
