Luxury retirement living specialist Oakland Primecare has chosen software provider Civica to support its growing care home operations.
In a three-year deal, Civica’s Coldharbour financial management software will help streamline practices at the nursing and specialist dementia provider.

The software will help Oakland reduce administration time in manual planning and recording rotas and streamline enquiry and billing processes to free up employees for other business-critical functions.
Oakland will use Civica’s entire residential care solution covering workforce management, compliance, business intelligence, billing and finance, cost control and digital interaction.
