Mitre Linen meets gold standard for customer service for third year in a row

Mitre Linen, a leading supplier of linen for care homes, hotels and spas, has been awarded Gold accreditation from Feefo for the third year running.

The Feefo Trusted Merchant accreditation recognises a company’s hard work and excellence in customer service. Businesses that meet the criteria are accredited as a ‘Gold Trusted Merchant’.

The Trusted Merchant award is only available to Feefo merchants and is based upon the data received over the duration of the previous year. To receive Gold, a business is required to receive 100 replies or more, with an average service rating of between 95% and 100%.

The ratings and reviews collated by Feefo are verified via sales data, which ensures that only those customers that have genuinely completed a transaction with a business are invited to provide feedback.

Mitre products for care homes include bedding, bathroom towels, robes and mats, table cloths and cushion covers. They also supply several linen hire companies that serve the care home sector.
