Adrian Bagg has stepped down after three and a half years as CEO of Methodist Homes Association (MHA).
Adrian leaves MHA after having developed a clear strategy for the future and overseen growth in the range of services provided as well as implementing a marked improvement in the quality of services provided.
Adrian said: “It has been a privilege and inspiring to work with such talented and committed colleagues. I know that the organisation is in good shape with a strong Board and Leadership Team.
“It is now the appropriate time for someone else to lead the next exciting phase of the organisation’s journey, hence my decision to leave.”
The Chair of MHA, Graham Smith said: “Adrian has brought a great deal of change to MHA during the time he has been with us and he leaves the organisation in excellent financial and operational shape and we look forward to the future with confidence.”
MHA said it had begun looking for a replacement for Adrian.
The charity has pledged to continue to focus its investment on delivering unique discretionary services including chaplaincy and music therapy in order to improve people’s lives.
