Larchwood Care has reopened its Sherford Manor home in Taunton following a £300,000 refurbishment.

Mayor of Taunton Deane Councillor Hazel Prior-Sankey performed the honours at the home’s relaunch.

Katrina Ball, Manager of Sherford Manor, said: “We are delighted to be relaunching Sherford Manor, after the significant investment Larchwood Care has made in improving the home. We wanted to make it a very special occasion, and felt there was no better way than inviting the Mayor to cut the ribbon for us.
