LNT Group CEO Matt Lowe says his business is seeing a “huge level of demand” for care home developments.
The group’s LNT Care Developments and LNT Construction divisions provide support on securing sites for a care home as well as its construction and support with getting the business up and running.
“Currently we have a huge level of demand for our care home developments,” Matt told Care Home Professional.
“If I had twice as many sites I could sell twice as many homes. People have recognised the benefits of newer homes and the facilities they bring.”
Matt said demand was being driven by increasing interest from the funding and investor markets in search of safe assets.
“Demand is as good as I’ve seen,” said Matt.
“It’s coming from right across the board from large operators, small and larger housing associations, some that are private equity backed and some of them are private individuals who may be starting for the first time and looking for a great manager who can support through the process.
“It may be a care home group who is looking to commission their own home for the first time and that’s where we can help them.”
LNT Care Development’s Turn of Key and Turn of Key Plus service provides support with land acquisition, design and planning, construction, fit out, staff recruitment and training, marketing, CQC registration and commissioning, landscaping, handover and home opening.
