Country Court Care has continued its expansion with the launch of a 30-bed, luxury home in Tallington, Lincolnshire.

Tallington Lodge Care Home is part of a £40m deal with Cheyne Capital Management for the acquisition and development of eight new assets.

“We were delighted to welcome so many people from the local community as well as local health care professionals to come and celebrate the opening of Tallington Lodge,” said Country Court Care Managing Director, Alykhan Kachra.

“We are very proud to have created a beautiful building that our residents can call home and where we will provide a dedicated team of professionals who will deliver outstanding levels of care and understanding”

Tallington Lodge is located next to Country Care’s 39-bed Tallington Rest Home. The second phase of the site’s development will see the £1.5m redevelopment and full refurbishment of the rest home.

This will include the partial demolition of the existing building to make way for a new sympathetically designed two storey front extension.

Due to open at the end of 2018, Phase 2 of the project will provide additional en-suite bedrooms, larger day spaces and new staff facilities.
