A £1.6m care home in Werrington, Stoke-on-Trent is being sold by specialist business property advisor Christie & Co.
Elizabeth House Care Home, which has been run by its current owners for around 20 years, is registered for 35 residents.
Tamara Skipworth, Senior Agent at Christie & Co, said: “This is a great care home in a fantastic setting with a lot of potential to develop and attract more service users from the local area and further afield.
“We are seeing a lot of interest in the care home market this year and wish to say that the home will be sold as a going concern so current residents will not be affected by the sale.”
Elizabeth House has a history of high occupancy levels and is set in large grounds with several enclosed courtyards and gardens.
It also has three lounge areas, a treatment room/hairdresser and other facilities typically expected in a care home.
The service was rated Requires Improvement by the CQC following its last inspection in September 2016.
