CellTrak adds Google Maps to tracking system for homecare agencies

CellTrak Technologies has unveiled a significant upgrade it its Mobile Health Solution, which is used by 4000 agencies around the world to track the delivery of care services to almost one million homes per week.

The latest release includes a significant expansion of CellTrak’s support for Shared Care, in which a caregiver provides care for several clients, moving between them in multiple short care segments.

The tracking solution is linked Google Maps, and features that improve communication between caregivers in the field and the office staff and reduce administrative paperwork.

The introduction of Google Maps to improve Electronic Visit Verification, is designed to reduce driving time and make mileage calculations more accurate, especially for rural areas. It is now offered for countries outside CellTrak’s home country of the United States.
