Castleoak wins £12.4m Abbeyfield extra care housing contract

Castleoak has been chosen as the design and build partner for a £12.4m extra care housing scheme in Ewell, Surrey.

Castleoak will provide 60 extra care apartments for not for profit organisation Abbeyfield Southern Oaks, part of The Abbeyfield Society.

“The team has demonstrated a proactive, diligent approach to our project, providing valuable sector expertise along the way.”

The new development, which started on site this month and is scheduled to open later in 2019, includes a reception, shared lounge and dining area opening onto landscaped gardens, as well as shop, library, fitness suite, cinema, hairdressers, lounge and a club room overlooking playing fields.
