“The programme is on track. Our specialist team is proud to be delivering another high quality retirement living property.”

Arun House follows the opening of a new clubhouse and apartments at Elmbridge Manor built by Castleoak last year.  The Manor now provides a social hub with a concert hall, restaurant, private dining room, bar and lounge, library, shop and surgery, all exclusively for use by residents.

Will Crawford, managing director for Retirement Villages, said: “Achieving excellent build quality is essential.  This enables us to offer the best in retirement living to our customers. Our partnership with Castleoak is delivering good results.”

When the Arun House development is complete in April, Elmbridge Village will offer more than 190 apartments and 85 bungalows.
