Award-winning care group Riccall Care has boosted it digital capabilities in a bid to enhance its service.
The York and Selby care home has announced a partnership with Daisy Group, one of the UK’s largest independent providers of business communications, IT and cloud services.
Ricall Care, a family-run business serving Yorkshire and the Humber region, provides round-the-clock care services to more than 400 elderly and vulnerable clients; both within the community, a York-based day care centre, and four residential care homes.
The Daisy Group will manage the organisation’s mobile phone accounts, digital staff planning and associated business software, providing around 200 carers with secure 24/7 access to client information, plus better cross-business connectivity.
The arrangement is set to reduce costs for Riccall Care by improving efficiency, whilst simultaneously driving up employee productivity and engagement.
Ricall Care’s Mike Richards said: “This deal with Daisy is economically efficient but, more importantly, will improve our client response time and improve our ongoing communications.”
Daisy Group’s field account manager, Paul Rooney, added: “Riccall Care will benefit from reduced overall operational costs and improved customer service as a result of leveraging our cloud based mobile system.”
