Anchor expands Hampshire retirement village

Not for profit care provider has opened a further 43 luxury apartments at its Bishopstoke Park retirement village in Eastleigh.

The service, which now offers 142 luxury retirement apartments thanks to a partnership with Castleoak, is also the first retirement village to be awarded an AA Rosette for its fine dining.

General Manager Kevin Young said: “The whole team has done a terrific job bringing Phase 2 in across the line. I particularly want to thank Scott Summers, Anchor’s Construction Manager and Rebecca Dunn from The Commissioning Team for making all this possible.

“There’s another 22 scheduled to be finished in the new year which will bring our total to 164 and that’s before we start phase three of the project.

“The Castleoak team have been an absolute joy to work with and my team are very excited at having these luxury apartments join our current portfolio. The quality and attention to detail is extremely impressive and I’d like to thank everyone on the Castleoak team for going that extra mile.
