Anchor drops into Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list

Anchor has been named one of The Sunday Times Best 100 Not for Profit Companies to Work For.

The company, which is England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people, came 81st on the list.

This year 1336 companies entered the process to earn a place in the Top 100 varying in size from large, medium and small.

Jane Ashcroft (pictured above), Anchor chief executive said: “This is a huge achievement for the organisation and something we can all be very proud of. Being the best is our overall aim across Anchor so it’s great that we’ve been externally recognised as being one of the Best Places to Work.

“To appear in the list at all, especially as this is the first time we’ve entered in recent years, is a huge success and I think it’s testament to the hard work of so many people across Anchor and to improvements in technology, and processes we’ve been making.”
