Acacia Training hunts for apprentice care professionals for HC-One

Specialist learning provider Acacia Training is recruiting for the apprentice carer roles on behalf of care organisation HC-One, which operates dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes throughout the UK.

The new positions are available for trainees, aged 18 or over, who hope to start out or retrain in health and social care.

Successful applicants will join HC-One in apprentice carer roles, which will allow them to start work in a care home while studying a health and social care qualification with Acacia Training.

“It offers an initial training allowance of £5 per hour in line with national set apprenticeship pay rates.

“It also offers career progression routes to the role of nursing assistant once the apprentice has successfully completed their training.”
