These expertly designed, purpose-built care homes, stylishly decorated and dressed by an interior designer with clinical input, offer hotel-style services such as fine dining and concierge, and quickly operated at full occupancy.

The third home, The Grand in West Bridgford, opened in 2015.  That same year, New Care sold Manorhey and Allingham House to Maria Mallaband Care Group.

New Care actively sourced investment from various lending institutions, completing on a deal worth £50m in 2016.

This funding facilitated the build of Ashlands Manor in Sale, £10m 57 bed care home, and in August, New Care will open The Hamptons, a £12.5m 76 bed care facility in Lytham.  Construction is also underway in Chester on a £15m 77 bed care facility, opening in 2018.
