Christine has worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years, including the last 12 years in the care sector. She has been in her current role at Hallmark Care Homes for six years and in that time, has contributed significantly to both the financial performance of the group and the customer experience.
Since 2011, Christine has overseen the successful opening of eight new Hallmark homes, which have all been incredibly successful. Her experience in sales and marketing in the care sector is invaluable, and she understands how to deliver robust revenue performance coupled with excellent customer service. The customer journey is incredibly important to her as she recognises the emotional nature of the decision that families looking for care will go through. To support families through this process, Christine has introduced the role of Customer Relationship Manager to most homes within the group, providing help and advice to those seeking residential care for a loved one.
During the last six years, Christine has also focused on increasing brand and local home awareness by introducing a digital marketing strategy, new collateral, a new website and a review of PR strategy and implementation. For Christine, PR activity must be a ‘win win’ scenario, meaning that the first consideration will be, what will the residents gain through this activity?
She provides weekly support to over 40 individuals within the business and nothing makes her happier than when her team is excelling professionally; she is a true visionary leader who others look up and aspire to be.
