Furthermore, Phil has spearheaded the development of a range of new nutritional food menus at all New Century Care homes. The new menus, created in partnership with Brakes, were designed by nutritionists and dieticians who specialise in the dietary needs of elderly people. They will supplement the existing high quality dining services available across the homes and support New Century Care’s goal to provide nutritious and delicious, tailored catering for every resident.

Looking to the future, New Century Care’s plans include a complete digital overhaul to make sure it is leading the way in using innovative new technologies to contribute to and complement in delivery of high quality care and support across the group. Phil will also continue in his mission to drive the company’s message of high quality care through all New Century Care’s employees.

The executive management category is sponsored by Nursing Hygiene Group.
