Capitalising on its strength in construction has proved an astute move by LNT under the leadership of Matt Lowe.

Since becoming group CEO in October 2015, Matt, who has a banking and finance background, has had to quickly had to get to grips with LNT’s diversified operations, which have engineering as their common factor.
LNT has five group operations: Ideal Care Homes, the care homes operating group; LNT Construction and LNT Developments, which builds homes for LNT and third parties; LNT Software, Coolcare, which produces a care home management system; LNT Solutions, which makes a de-icing system for planes and railways; and Ginetta, a specialist builder of racing and sports cars.
