The ultimate professional, Julie Rayner takes a comprehensive and rigorous approach to ensuring Hallmark care is of the highest possible quality.
Julie has transformed care delivery, monitoring and reporting since joining the Hallmark team in September 2015. She has ensured good quality care through implementing bi-annual mock CQC/CSSIW inspections at each Hallmark care home and providing full feedback and quality ratings to home managers.
Julie reviews the outcomes of the home’s audit programme, analysing trends in order to direct improvement strategies, such as focused, additional training, support and the development of policies and procedures to address areas where improvement can be made.
Care quality is measured through this programme and through completion of the compliance monitoring tool, where Hallmark capture audit outcomes and clinical markers. Through this tool Julie is able to cross reference outcomes with notifications to CQC/CSSIW or safeguarding boards.
In this way, Julie has identified themes for improvement so that Hallmark can deliver truly excellent care. Julie also line manages the health and safety manager and together they write health and safety and training policies in addition to working with the head of dementia, to develop HCC’s Dementia Strategy.
