Her infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude make Amanda Bensly of NorseCare stand out as an inspiring leader. Amanda believes that receiving excellent person centred care is the ‘right’ of all citizens and whether it is presenting quality data to her Senior Leadership Team or running in a race at a summer fete held in one of its homes wearing custard filled wellington boots – she is a true star.
Amanda excels in her role and is passionate about helping her registered managers develop a culture which enables every person who lives with Norfolk’s largest care home provider to receive the highest quality of care and promote better outcomes and experiences.
She ensures NorseCare continuously improves through maintaining compliance with the International Standards Organisation (ISO 9001) Quality Management Standard, working alongside day and night shift staff to monitor standards of care being delivered and sharing best practice, measuring success through providing data that measures outcome and effectiveness, and feeding customer requirements into the quality strategy.
Through her tireless dedication Amanda has played a key role in ensuring 95% of NorseCare’s homes have achieved a Good CQC inspection rating.
